Vincent Parascandola’s Career Journey

Vincent Parascandola, popularly known as Vinny Parascandola, got his Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Pace in New York. He began his career in 1987 as an agent known as National Rookie of the year. He now has over 25 years’ experience in the field. Vinny Parascandola is the Vice President of AXA Advisors, LLC. He is responsible for recruiting, retention, and sales management developments for the new financial professionals.

Vinny joined Mony Life Insurance in 1990, where he did regional field management severally before he joined AXA Advisors in 2004. He was the President of The Advantage Group that is a unit of AXA Equitable. It was created to attract several seasoned financial professionals.

Vinny Parascandola was co-manager of the company’s New York Metro branch that has about 400 financial professionals. All through his career, he received many management awards that include; Master Agency and GAMA’s career development, in addition to his known leadership qualifications.

Vinny Parascandola is a well-known speaker. He has spoken to many companies and industrial conferences. He has spoken at LIMRA’s Distribution Conference and also GAMA’s National Lamp meetings. He also gave a speech to a graduating class of 2014 at his Alma Mater. Vinny is a former chair of LIMRA’s Field Officers Committee, and also a member of GAMA and a former president of Florida Chapter.
